This website is operated by Besdale Lifestyle Products Private Limited (trading as THUUN), based in Bengaluru, India. This notice explains what information we collect when you visit, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

Where things stand

THUUN is not yet selling anything. There is no shop, no checkout, and we do not take any payment on this site. Right now, the only thing you can do here is join our waitlist. So this notice is short, because we are not doing much with your data.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist: your email address, and nothing else you don't give us. We ask before we add you, and we only add you if you say yes.

If you simply browse: we use two analytics tools to understand how people use the site — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These tell us things like which pages people read, how far they scroll, and where they lose interest. Microsoft Clarity also records anonymised playback of site sessions — meaning movements like scrolling and clicks, so we can see how the page actually reads in practice. These tools use cookies and similar technology. They do not tell us who you are by name.

Why we collect it

The email, so we can tell you when THUUN is ready — and nothing more. We will not flood your inbox. The analytics, so we can make the site clearer and the product better. That is the whole of it.

What we will not do

We will not sell your email address. We will not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We will not pass it to third parties except the tools named above that help us run the site.

How long we keep it

Your email stays with us until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist closes — whichever comes first. Ask, and it goes.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, at any time. You can unsubscribe from our emails whenever you like. You can also block cookies in your browser if you would rather not be counted in our analytics.
